Ontario Regulation 180/06: Development, Interference with Wetlands and Alterations to Shorelines and Watercourses under the Conservation Authorities Act
The Authority charges a fee for applications requiring a formal Permit under the Regulation. The fee is determined by the type of work to be undertaken. Development undertaken prior to obtaining a Permit will be charged double the fee, if the proposal is approved. If not approved the land owner will be responsible to restore the site at their expense.
Plan Review User Fees under the Planning Act
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021:
