Beginning in 2024, as per legislated and regulatory requirements of the Conservation Authorities Act, the LRCA will annually publish a report outlining statistics on permits, including reporting on the level of compliance with requirements of O. Reg. 41/24 respecting the application for and issuance of permits, including associated timelines.
