Permit application forms under O. Reg. 41/24 are to be completed and submitted with the applicable fee.
Every applicant must submit:
- Permit application Form
- Permit Fee
- Schedule A – If the applicant is not the owner of the subject property
- Schedules B/C/D/E/F if they apply to the development they are proposing
