The Authority charges a fee for Permit applications under O. Reg. 41/24 . The fee is determined by the type of work to be undertaken. Development undertaken prior to obtaining a Permit will be charged double the fee, if the proposal is approved. If not approved the landowner may be responsible to restore the site at their expense.
