The Mills Block Conservation Area is located within the city limits of Thunder Bay and has become a popular site for recreation walkers, nature enthusiasts, wildlife photographers, naturalists’ clubs, and education groups.

The Mills Block Conservation Area is an extremely popular area for dog-walking. We urge all pet owners to keep your dogs on-leash at all-times while visiting the Cascades and that it is the pet-owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet.
