Fall Macro Photography
Join the LRCA and special guest experts Ryan Wilkie of Dark Forest Photographic and Kay Lee of Kay Lee Photography for a fall photography workshop with a special focus on macro photography! We will be meeting at the Hope & Memory Garden located at the Balmoral Commons Building (1001 William Street in Thunder Bay). During the workshop, we will be exploring the world of macro (or “close-up”) photography. The site is also excellent for flower photography, and the scenic view of the Neebing-McIntyre Floodway may also provide some wildlife and bird photography opportunities. While photographers of all skill levels are welcome to attend this workshop, it is intended to be an intermediate-level program. Our guest speakers will be able to assist with camera basics and photography tips and tricks, however the focus will be on how to take compelling close-up images of small details.
NOTE: Event dates, times and topics are subject to change and/or cancellation.
A NON-REFUNDABLE $5.00 registration fee is required for each participant to secure your spot.
